Are you someone who is interested in getting more involved in running and fitness? If so, we are interested in talking to you. USA FIT is seeking good people in large and medium sized cities that do not currently have a USA FIT program. Being a Coach or Organizer for USA FIT is highly rewarding. Helping people get in shape and run or walk their first marathon is often as life changing for the coach as it is for the marathoner! Coaches become highly educated about their sport. Lifelong friendships are formed. And our Coaches tell us that working with others revitalizes and motivates their own running. In addition, USA FIT pays all Coaches and Organizers a fee for their time, which is based on the size of the local program. All Coaches receive free USA FIT Coach instruction and certification. USA FIT is not a franchise. We do not require any payment from any of our Coaches or Organizers. USA FIT pays all expenses of running the programs in each city. Once a year, one representative from each city is invited, at our expense, to our USA FIT National Meeting, to spend a weekend sharing ideas on how to continue to improve our programs. Past meetings have been held in places like Phoenix, Houston, San Diego and Austin.

USA FIT is a highly professional program, but we also have a lot of fun doing what we love. We consider all our Coaches and Organizers part of our extended family. All of us have "real" jobs too, but we take our commitment to our members as seriously as anything else that we do. The rewards of helping others discover the amazing benefits of exercise, fitness, running, walking and achieving their potential are truly extraordinary.
