Since we created the USA FIT program in 1989, tens of thousands of people from all across the country, and now in other countries, have successfully completed this unique fitness and self-help program. We begin leading people through this journey of self-discovery by teaching them to first walk, then jog, then run, and finally, to finish a 26.2 mile marathon… all in the course of only six months. Yes, there are a few people who cannot accomplish the training in only six months or have a medical condition that prevents them from training. And no one should ever start an exercise program without consulting his or her doctor. But, many, many people who never thought they could accomplish such a feat do accomplish it. Don't be talked out of the possibility of your own achievements too easily. A six-month fitness-training program of running or walking exercise, even if it does not end with a marathon, can be life changing.
USA FIT graduates do change their lives, permanently and thoroughly, all while devoting a few hours a week to the program.
