Welcome to our 33th season! Registration is now open.

USA FIT Houston is designed for runners and run/walkers or just walkers, with the goal of completing a marathon or half marathon in September, October, November, December and culminating with the Chevron Houston Marathon and Aramco Half Marathon or USA FIT Marathon and Half Marathon.

Our Fall Program will begin May 14 and registration is now open.  The Fall program can either prepare you for a race in the fall or give you an additional base for rolling into the winter program and complete a race in January or February.

Each of our Fall or Winter programs are 27 weeks long.  Most of our members train to stay in shape and continue with the endurance level that they achieved from our previous programs.  Our members are fitter, happier, and mentally stronger than they’ve ever been before. Through this training, people change their lives forever.

For the runners who want to improve their strength and pace, please inquire about our ATP or Team Fit programs. These are a one of a kind program that uses a systematic approach to getting stronger and faster. This is not a beginners program.
