The safety and well-being of our members and coaches has always been our top priority. USA FIT is committed to providing you a safe, encouraging training program while operating within local COVID-19 guidelines.

Last year brought many changes to our daily lives including our routines. Regular exercise can be a healthy way to boost your immune system, reduce stress, manage your weight, and improve sleep.
We’re here to help get you back on a routine, provide structure and support, and help you reach your fitness goals.
Social distancing measures will be enforced throughout the season for your safety and may change based on local and state guidelines.
Wear a mask.
Members should wear a mask before and after training but are not expected to wear a mask during training. Bandanas or buffs can also be worn.
Stay 6-feet apart.
Make sure to always maintain 6-feet of distance including at intersections and
water stops. Members should also allow plenty of space when passing others.
Staggered start implementation.
A staggered start will be implemented by pace group to allow for increased spacing between each group. Groups should continue to follow standard safety guidelines and use signals for interval run/walks and or call out for cars ahead/behind, passersby, or other obstructions.
Self-Serve hydration stations provided.
Groups should move as efficiently as possible through hydration stations and stand aside if not refilling. Members should bring their own self-carry personal hydration (handheld, hydration pack, bottle, etc.) and refill only as needed at stations to reduce the gathering of multiple groups.
Know when to stay home.
Symptoms of COVID-19 include fever, cough, shortness of breath, decrease in sense of smell or taste, aches and pains, and sore throat. STAY HOME if you have any of these symptoms or if you have a fever of 100.4 or higher. We’ll save your spot and look forward to welcoming you back when you feel better.
Stay up to date.
Your USA FIT coaching team will provide additional updates and instruction throughout the season as needed. Any changes to training or USA FIT Social Distancing Measures will be communicated through email or social media. Make sure to stay connected!
