We've completed 16 weeks of Season 20 training, and our members are doing a great job of training and enjoying their hard work! We had a solid turnout at yesterday's training miles from Hughes Landing with routes of 8 and 15 miles followed by Superhero Celebration. Today, more than 15 Woodlands Fit members pinned on bibs to participate in Houston Half and 10K events downtown and enjoy time together after the miles. What a lucky group we are to work and support one another in USA FIT Woodlands style. Stay focused, keep up your workouts and rest days, and keep connecting with your Woodlands Fit crews for long routes each Saturday!
