LeAnn Rychlik, MS, LD, RD is a dietitian in Temple, TX and may see patients with Indigestion, Lactose Intolerance, and Sports Nutrition. She has been teaching Hatha-style yoga since 2007 to students of all levels. LeAnn is a triathlete, member of Georgetown Triathletes. She will be speaking about nutrition for runners and holiday temptations (Nov. 20th).
Rebecca Rigby, RD is speaking on Diet & Nutrition (Oct. 16th) and Meditation & Mindfulness (Oct. 23rd). Becca advises utilizing Headspace! It has fantastic content including items for athletes, as well as walking and running meditations. Ms. Rigby is a runner and training for a marathon.
